At Price Busters Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings, which is why we offer a straightforward return and exchange process for items in new condition. Please note that all returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery and are subject to a restocking fee.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team or visit your local Price Busters showroom with your original sales receipt to begin the return or exchange process.

  Inspection and Approval

  All items must be inspected by our warehouse team to ensure they are in original condition, free of stains, pet hair, or damage, and in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

  Once approved, you can choose to drop off the item at our central distribution center or schedule a professional pickup service for an additional transportation fee.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the merchandise is received and verified, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method, minus any applicable delivery and restocking fees.
